CANCELLATION POLICY:
When you book an appointment, we reserve that time just for you, so when you cancel with inadequate time, we do not get to fill that appointment. When we don't have an appointment, we do not get paid.
Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be expected to pay 50% of the service booked.
If canceled an hour or less before the appointment, 100% of payment will be expected.
